DD wanted a huge cushion for her room. A cushion to sit on, for in bed, or to hide behind.
As a pattern, I used the doily cushion from my book ‘Haakgeluk’, but here I used byClaire no. 2 yarns.
It was so exciting to see how it would work out…
I was pleasantly surprised by the effect of this pattern! It looks totally different in just one colour and in thicker yarn! I love it!
The doily cushion pattern and the sewing instructions can be found in ‘Haakgeluk’.
The flowers that I used to embellish this cushion, come from the same book, from the pattern for the little paintings.
Two completely different patterns, just by using different yarns, fabrics and colours!
This big cushion is super cool. Great to sit on – and jump on!!!!
Or to hide behind…
